Prospect Transcript ARTS
For high school artists, performers and their teachers

Your portfolio, résumé and audition material, verified

Keep artwork, repertoire, credits, training and honors in one place, confirmed by your teachers and directors. Then turn them into a one-page arts résumé for BFA, BM, BA or ensemble programs.

Free during the beta. Records and images start private and stay under the family's control.

How it works

From the studio to the application

  1. Build your portfolio

Upload images of your work or link videos and recordings. Feature your six strongest pieces.

  2. Get it verified

Your art teacher, director or private teacher confirms each piece is yours and each credit and award is real.

  3. Make the résumé

Choose a program type and get a one-page arts résumé and intro email ordered for it, with your artwork on the page.

  4. Apply with confidence

Submit prescreens and portfolios through each school's portal, and send faculty a verified record alongside.

Questions

Common questions

Does this replace a school's application portal?

No. Schools collect prescreens, portfolios and audition sign-ups through their own portals, and you'll still submit there. Prospect Transcript keeps your material organized and verified, and gives faculty a clear one-page record to go with it.

When should I start?

Now, if you're applying next year. Many prescreens are due in the fall of senior year, art schools hold National Portfolio Day reviews in the fall, and many theater programs audition in winter, including at the Unified Auditions. Check each school's dates.

Who can verify my work?

Any teacher, director or private instructor who joins with the same school, studio or program name listed on your record, once our team confirms they hold that role.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. Teachers and college faculty will always use it free. If paid family plans launch after the beta, families will choose whether to subscribe before being charged anything.

Can I have a sports record too?

Yes. One student record can hold any mix of sports and arts, each with its own portfolio or stat sheet, schools list and package.
